In February 2021 international growth capital and buyout firm, Vitruvian Partners acquired a majority stakeholding in Expereo.

Overview of the relationship

Grammatik worked together with Expereo for over 5 years between 2017 and 2022. We developed their PR strategy by becoming an extension of their internal marketing department. Collaborating closely with the Expereo team, we established their PR strategy and implemented the action plan in order to keep positioning Expereo as leaders in their field.

Over the course of the working relationship, Grammatik continuously tailored their services to fit in seamlessly with the evolving needs of the client. This not only meant emphasising a new service or targeting a specific region when it came to copywriting and press relations, but also overall agility in the types of services we provided.

Grammatik generated editorial press opportunities for Expereo through pitching and drafting thought-leadership articles, and the distribution of press releases. We secured coverage in target outlets like the Financial Post, Bloomberg Markets, and Yahoo, as well as key industry press.

Hubspot Email Automation Workflows

Grammatik assisted Expereo in building email automation workflows via Hubspot from the ground up. We tailored content for each of their buyer personas, drafted all additional copy and worked with Expereo on building extra landing pages and messages.

Social Media Strategy and Management

Grammatik worked with the Expereo team to amplify the brand voice on all their social media channels, integrating the messaging with the overall PR and content strategy. During this time, Grammatik handled social posting and monitoring to promote the company’s work and interactions with their key audiences.
