The Brief

Grammatik was briefed to devise and implement PR and marketing action plan to establish Pixotope’s market position and their identity as thought leaders in virtual production in relation to these strategic hooks.

Our team has implemented several campaigns to maximise Pixotope’s messaging as experts in the field: from client success stories and thought leadership opportunities through to press relations. This has included elevating personal profiles, placing articles about Pixotope in targeted locations globally, and highlighting new product launches and updates.

Additionally, Grammatik has continued to provide agency support such as website functionality and migration, YouTube marketing, and social media output. This flexible and collaborative approach to communication campaigns has allowed us to integrate targeted communication services into Pixotope’s overall marketing output and act as a partner throughout their ongoing development.

Thought Leadership & Press Releases

Grammatik has helped cement Pixotope’s status as a leading virtual production company in industry-leading press. Through pitching and outreach we secured thought leadership coverage in outlets such as TVBEurope, Broadcast, Motionographer, and Newscast Studio.

Writing and distributing press releases has also played a major role in Pixotope’s PR strategy through which we have generated coverage on client success stories, team growth, and product news. Thanks to this, we have seen Pixotope featured in publications including British Cinematographer, Sports Video Group, and Digital Studio ME, amongst many other key trade publications.

Content Strategy & Copywriting

To maintain consistency in overall communications and online messaging, Grammatik has provided support for Pixotope’s social media content and website strategy.

As well as creating social media posts to amplify news and events, we have offered strategic advice on Pixotope’s social messaging. We devised a range of digital marketing tactics to elevate Pixotope’s YouTube channel and drafted tagline ideas. We also offered recommendations on establishing a defined Pixotope brand on LinkedIn.

Website Support & HubSpot Integration

Grammatik provided a website review, creating clear action items to deliver quick and long-term wins.

We have also worked closely with the Pixotope team to restructure the website layout with the primary goals of increasing enquiries, engaging with new and existing customers, and visually communicating Pixotope’s capabilities.

Our support including the migration of Pixotope’s website to HubSpot, rounding off the website development project by providing a web matrix and suggested next steps to ensure the website continues to act as an efficient sales tool.
