The client
As a multinational software corporation that makes software products and services across a number of verticals, Autodesk is changing how the world is designed and made.
If you’ve ever driven a high-performance car, admired a towering skyscraper, used a smartphone, or watched a great film, chances are you’ve experienced what millions of Autodesk customers are doing with their software.
The brief
Autodesk’s mission is to enable innovators to achieve the new possible. With an existing and ever-expanding library of content, Grammatik was tasked with adapting existing ebook content for both the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry and the design and manufacturing (D&M) industry.
The project objective was to adapt the content so it would serve as a digestible reference for ‘time-poor’ senior executives in each industry. The focus of the Autodesk infographics was to distil the key messages from the ebook into a compelling set of statically-led visuals.
The strategy
Our strategy was to pull out the key highlights from the ebook and present them in an engaging visual narrative. Since Grammatik was responsible for creating all the written content for the ebooks, our team were best placed to convert the longer-form pieces into the visual assets required for the infographics.
Taking into account the Autodesk design and brand guidelines, the Grammatik team went to work to create a stripped back visual story for the key themes from each ebook .
The results
Grammatik delivered the design and content for two Autodesk infographics which were used to generate leads and engagement with senior executives across industry:
